ReviewA delightful renovation of a second world war radar station in a beautiful and seemingly isolated spot of Pembrokeshire. The small village of Angle has a lovely cove and beach with rock pools for children to explore. We had a delightful time exploring the whole area.
Owners ResponseThank you very much for your review. We are really pleased that you enjoyed our beautiful county and hope you get the chance to visit us again. Kind Regards Jennie and Simon.

ReviewWe can only really echo what everyone else has said. We thought Ty Haf was so beautifully clean and comfortable, with so many thoughtful details, such as the hairdryers, dog towels etc. The location is second to none if you want peace and quiet, look no further. Jennie and Simon made us very welcome and we had a fantastic week in a truely unique property.
Owners ResponseLorraine and Dave thank you for taking the time to write such a lovely review. We are so glad that you had a fantastic time and we hope to see you again next year. Best Wishes Jennie and Simon.

ReviewA fantastic hideaway on the Welsh National Coastline. Tucked away down a long private road, the Eastblock House is surrounded by 180 degree sea views as it sits on the Angle peninsula. From the outside it is very modest, only boasting its original white walls and flat roof but when you step inside you are met with modern luxury: heated floor tiles throughout, powerful showers and large comfty beds. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms the accomodation is perfect for a couple, family or holiday away with friends. The hosts provided us with a selection of food and drink on our arrival which was ideal considering the nearest large supermarket is almost 10 miles away. The holiday was perfect- with the National coastline walking path only meters away, we had an amazing time exploring the cities of Tenby, St Davids, Fishguard and Milford Haven as well as enjoying the sandy shores of Freshwater beach and Little Haven. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone who needs to escape for some peace and quiet!!
Owners ResponseThank you so much for your kind words, we are thrilled that you enjoyed your holiday at Ty Haf. We have tried to maintain some of the military history of this unique building whilst also providing somewhere that is homely and comfortable. With this great review we must be getting something right! We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Kind Regards Jennie and Simon.

ReviewIf you like to get away from the hustle and bustle of urban life to a place where there is no-one else around, then Ty Haf is for you. It is not a quintessential romantic country cottage, but that's not why you go there. It is quirky, being a conversion of a an ex-MOD building. From the outside, it is very utilitarian but inside it is homely, practical and comfortable. It sits virtually alone surrounded by 50 acres of national park on the tip of this stretch of the South Pembrokeshire coastline looking out across the sea and is an excellent base from which to make the most of your surroundings on foot. One minute from the front door you are on the coastal path with breathtaking scenery, sea air and all the flora and fauna this area has to offer and a 10 minute walk finds you on the beach at West Angle Bay. We can highly recommend The Old Point House at East Angle Bay (1hr 30 min walk along the coast path) which offers a warm welcome, great atmosphere, good pub grub and good beer too. If you take a stroll around Ty Haf at dusk, you may be lucky enough to get bombarded by horseshoe bats, a real highlight for nature lovers. Within easy reach by car are Pembroke and Tenby, where The Hope and Anchor near the harbour serves good lobster, and stunning, clean beaches like Broad Haven South and Freshwater West. Our hosts at East Blockhouse were welcoming, friendly and helpful and not at all intrusive. All the information provided was excellent and the property clean and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend a stay at Ty Haf to "get away from it all".
Owners ResponseThank you very much for your review. We are so glad that you enjoyed your time here. As you say this is definitely a location where you can get away from it all and that is one of the reasons we fell in love with Pembrokeshire. We are lucky to be able to share it with such lovely guests and we hope to see you at Ty Haf again. Best Wishes Jennie and Simon (and Dylan)
