ReviewWhere do I start with this wonderful property? We have just returned and that is my husband and I, our 2 dogs, a Scottish Terrier and a Snottie who is a puppy, plus my father in law. Apart from the amazing weather, the accommodation is amazing. The photographs do not do it justice. Simon has worked so hard on making this such a high standard property and it has paid off. The kitchen/ dining / living area is spacious enough for two dog crates not to be in the way and a door leads to a corridor where the bedrooms lead off from. The building is very cool so we all managed to get a good night sleep even though it was so hot. The kitchen has everything you need and more, with lovely touches such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets. In the separate area is the washing machine and tumble (shared with the other property) which washing liquid and conditioner provided. Bathrooms are again lovely and large with nice showers. The garden was very safe for our dogs and the views were just lovely out to the sea. We had both breakfast and dinner outside every day. My father in law spent time out there and enjoyed sitting reading his book. The walk to the beach is lovely along the coastal walk, the beach is dog friendly and sandy. This did take around 30 minutes at not a fast pace. We never had anything to eat in the caf??, only we were never organised to take money, but it looked nice also. The pub in the village is around 30 minutes walk and we only made it to The Hiberian Pub. What a warm welcome. A great selection of beers, hubby was delighted to find they served Doombar and they even have a gin menu. We had a meal there which was freshly cooked, very large portion sizes according to my father in law and very nice. In-fact, so nice, we booked for the last night as we enjoyed it so much. We only went to Freshwater beach on the last afternoon and what a mistake! It was amazing. It seemed to go on for ever and I wish we had gone there earlier in the week and spent more time there. If you are planning on visiting Skomer Island to see the puffins then some information you may find useful. You will need to be at the ticket office early. We left a 6am for the hours drive and found a queue already. We managed to get on the second boat which left at 11am. So be prepared to 1. Get up early and 2. Wait around. If you want to be on the 10am boat then I heard someone say they had been there at 5am!! Once on the island the puffins can be found on the left of the island. We walked all round and felt there was not a lot to see on the opposite side. Also, it was quite a walk. It takes around 3.5 hours so have the right footwear as you will be on your feet a lot. The only place we visited which I felt was a slight disappointment was Saundersfoot. Nice place but just not very large. We did think there would be more there. This was just our thoughts as we only spent a couple of hours there. To sum it up. We all had an amazing time. There is something for everyone and we are hoping to return next year.

ReviewWe have just had another fantastic 2 week stay in Ty Haf cannot recommend it enough great if you have dogs as the fences are dog proof even for the smallest of dogs. Lovely Angle beach is a 10 minute walk down the coastal path where there are toilets and a lovely cafe, Freshwater West (where many films have been made) is just a very short drive away and plenty to do in nearby Pembroke and surrounding areas. We find the trip to Caldey Island from Tenby can be very therapeutic. Jennie and Simon are lovely hosts and have worked hard to make this place what it is. We will be back for a third stay soon.
Owners ResponseThank you so much for your lovely review. We loved having you here and look forward to welcoming you back. Best Wishes Jennie and Simon

ReviewStayed here for a week in April with my husband and dog, and everything was fantastic from start to finish. The owners Jennie and Simon were very welcoming and offered lots of suggestions of where to go and what to do - very helpful as we didn't know the area. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and felt like home from home straight away. The location was stunning and perfect for access to the Pembrokeshire coastal path where there are the best walks anywhere in the world in our opinion. The honesty shop at the property is a genius idea, especially as the village shop in Angle has closed, and we used it several times - usually for chocolate! We also loved the games room - a perfect antidote to a rainy Welsh afternoon.
Owners ResponseThank you so much for your review, we are really glad that you enjoyed your holiday and that you found our honesty shop and the games room useful. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Kind Regards Jennie and Simon
